SOMETHING EVIL IS INVADING THE CREW'S MOST PRIVATE THOUGHTS...

   [ Deanna looking in the mirror; something is wrong ]

   [ memory of Troi and Riker laying down together; Riker then
     becomes somebody else, holding Troi down on the floor ]

  Troi:  Don't!  NOOOO!!!! <screaming>

   [ Deanna, unconscious on the floor ]

   [ Riker talking to one of the aliens, in Ten-Forward ]

  Riker:  She's more than ill, she's in a coma.

...AND SUDDENLY MEMORIES FROM THE PAST BECOME HORRIFYING NIGHTMARES.

   [ Riker, Geordi, and an Ensign in Main Engineering control ]

  Ensign (to Riker):  You killed her.

   [ gas escaping from the Warp Core chamber, crewmen are 
     running out of Engineering; Riker turns in surprise ]

   [ Riker passes out, his head falls onto a console ]

   [ Picard and Inad in an office ]

   Picard:  We have investigated every possible cause we 
            can imagine, and we have found nothing!

CAN NO ONE STOP THE MADNESS?!

  Bev:  <gasp>

   [ Bev (no wig!); memory of Jack Crusher's body on an exam table ]

   [ Jack's eyes snap open; he is then standing next to Bev ]

  Bev:  <scream>, <SCREAM!!>

   [ Memory of Picard in the exam room; he has brown HAIR ]

   [ Data and Geordi rush in to Bev's office and find her passed out ]

...OR WILL EVERYONE'S NIGHTMARE END IN DEATH, ON AN 
ALL NEW EPISODE OF STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION.
